Description
Marketed as Utah Rainbow Jasper, this material exhibits distinct banding patterns characteristic of agate, often classified as jasper/agate or ‘jaspagate.’ The dominant hues include brown, red, and orange, with potential secondary occurrences of yellow or green. Additionally, moss-like inclusions reminiscent of those found in moss agate may be present.
We purchased this beautiful jasper many years ago at a rock shop near Zions National Park while traveling through the area.
