We acquired a substantial quantity of jasper and agate from a local rock shop. According to the shop proprietor, specimens featuring translucent chalcedony are designated as Tin Can Jasper, originating from the Tin Can Flats area of Utah. This name serves as a tribute to the abundant tin cans found throughout the region.
