Description
Priday Moss Agate was discovered in thundereggs from the Priday Ranch near Madras, Oregon. It features striking green inclusions set in clear or banded agate, yielding a mossy appearance from which it derives its name.
Priday Ranch in Oregon, which was acquired by Richardson’s Rock Ranch in 1976, was the source of these exceptional thundereggs. Presently, the agate beds from which these remarkable specimens originated have been depleted, rendering Priday Moss Agate a rare and highly collectible agate.
