We picked this material up near the end of a gem show in the town of Sierra Vista, Arizona when a dump truck from Mexico dropped off a pile of it near the end of the show.
The material sold out quickly however we were able to purchase a few pounds of it before it was gone.
Although this was sold to us as Parrot Wing Chrysocolla, that may not be 100% true. We stopped by a rock shop in St. David, Arizona and we were told it may be a much rarer mineral but we can’t remember what he said it might be.
