Description

Mtorolite, also known as Green Chrome Chalcedony, is primarily mined in Africa, with the majority of this material originating from Zimbabwe.

This variety exhibits a striking emerald-green to blue-green hue due to the presence of chromium. Although Mtorolite and Chrysoprase are both forms of chalcedony and share similar appearances, Chrysoprase owes its green coloration to nickel, rather than chromium.

Notably, these specific pieces feature numerous sparkly drusy pockets.

We purchased these from a new supplier recently and we are so pleased that plan to purchase additional products as they become available.
