Description

Named after Charlie Carras, who was actively involved in mining in the 1970s, Carrasite Jasper finds its location in close proximity to the highly esteemed Morrisonite Jasper locality, sharing a striking resemblance in their visual attributes. A standout feature of this exceptional jasper is its captivating ‘egg patterns’, which occasionally emerge within its unique structure, making it a highly sought-after specimen.

This remarkable jasper was procured from Thomas & Jessa Pearson of T&J Rocks, who are the rightful custodians of the mining claim for the exquisite Pink Lady Plume Agate. This unique agate is found within a specific region of the Graveyard Point Agate area. Furthermore, they maintain a collaborative partnership with the claim holders of Carrasite Jasper, facilitating a mutually beneficial exchange of resources and expertise between the two parties.
