Royal Sahara Jasper comes from the Eastern Sahara Desert in North Africa. It was sold to us directly by Oasis Prospecting.
I had the opportunity to meet George and Janet at the Tucson Gem Show a couple of years in a row. They were a real pleasure to meet and great to deal with!
This is the only piece we purchased from them that we were disappointed with. It looked like a potato from the outside and when we cut it, it looked like a potato on the inside.
